A Unique Approach to

Bringing together top financial industry leaders for a high-level executive summit requires more than just an agenda, it demands an environment that fosters meaningful connections, strategic conversations, and a setting that breaks away from the traditional corporate mold. As the lead event producer on an innovative executive partner summit event in Deer Vally, Utah for a leading financial firm, I was responsible for every detail of this exclusive summit, from concept development to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience that would resonate with attendees long after the event ended.

Rather than hosting another standard partner summit in a boardroom, we took a bold approach, Deer Valley, Utah. The client wanted an event that encouraged relationship building in an organic, engaging way, without the forced nature of traditional teambuilding activities. We designed the experience to give attendees time to connect on the slopes, allowing them to naturally build relationships before diving into key discussions over the following days.

With just 30 executive level attendees, every detail had to be flawless. I led the planning and oversaw the execution of all logistics, including securing premium accommodations, managing executive travel, curating high-end dining and activity experiences, and coordinating AV production for the summit’s key discussions.
The highlight of the event was a custom built hospitality suite, an elevated, lodge-style space with clear sides, offering panoramic mountain views where guests were encouraged to meet, instead of in tradtional board room spaces. This immersive setting set the tone for high-level conversations, fostering both productivity and engagement, and was fully equipped with meeting areas and A/V.

The partner summit was met with overwhelming success, boasting an almost 100% acceptance rate from top-tier partners in the following years. Attendees valued the balance of structured meetings with opportunities for informal, high-value networking, leading to strengthened relationships and valuable strategic discussions. What started as a one-time event has since become an annual tradition, running successfully six times, and solidifying itself as a must-attend experience for the client’s most important partners.
